Methodology:

Each project starts with a research & analysis phase before concepts are developed. It then progresses through several iterations of programmatic thinking as the building design starts to emerge. The design is then developed & detailed considering hundreds of parameters that affect it and also considering all probable ways in which people may use the building. After extensive detailing, the project qualifies to graduate to the construction phase, which has to continuously monitored and evaluated for adherence to design intent & quality standards.

Over the past twenty five years, we have gathered enormous experience and an in-depth understanding of the complexities involved in our work. This not only helps us in creating logical and reasonable solutions but also helps us in understanding the practical limits up to which, ideas can be stretched. Each project however, brings up new challenges & by the time of their resolution, raises our level of understanding.

Ideas need to be carefully nurtured and detailed before they are planted into our towns and cities. Each of our projects goes through an intense phase of design development and detailing before commencement of construction.
